Modern Kitchen Remodel In San Diego - Frank & Margie Story
From outdated and unsafe to modern and accessible—see how we transformed Frank and Margie's kitchen
Before & After: From Dark and Cluttered to Bright and Family-Ready

Project Spotlight: Wheelchair Ramp Installation in San Diego
The old kitchen had outdated finishes, inefficient layout, and heavy dark cabinetry that made the space feel smaller. Now it’s bright, stylish, and practical for a busy household.
The Problem
The original kitchen didn’t match Frank and Margie’s lifestyle. Limited prep space, dark cabinetry, and a bulky layout weren’t ideal for a growing, active family.
The Solution
We opened the space visually, installed custom cabinetry, upgraded the layout, and gave the kitchen a modern yet timeless look using quality materials and thoughtful design.
Behind the Build: Step-by-Step Kitchen Remodel

1. Before Remodel
The existing kitchen had dark wood cabinets and dated finishes that made the space feel heavy and cramped.

2. Full Demo Begins
We covered adjacent areas for dust control and started removing all cabinets, countertops, and fixtures.

3. Stripped Down
Old cabinetry and appliances were fully removed, preparing for layout adjustments and upgrades.

4. Cabinet Installation Starts
We began installing the new cabinet frames in a fresh layout to improve functionality and flow.

5. Cabinetry Progress
All base and wall cabinets were fitted, including areas for appliances and custom storage.

6. Tile Backsplash Begins
We installed a modern tile backsplash with a soft wave pattern to add movement and style.

7. Countertops & Fixtures Installed
Quartz countertops were installed along with new hardware, fixtures, and sink setup.

8. Final Touches
Appliances were set, lighting was completed, and the space was fully cleaned and ready for the family to enjoy.
One small project can change a life.
