The Challenge

Karly & Even’s home had good bones, but the first floor felt outdated and disconnected.

The kitchen lacked functionality, the finishes felt old, and the overall space no longer reflected the style or flow they wanted for everyday life and entertaining.

The original kitchen featured outdated cabinetry, older flooring, dark accent walls, and limited visual flow between spaces. Storage was limited, and the kitchen simply did not feel like the centerpiece of the home.

1. The First Step

We talked with the client about the project and understood the deails that thwy want.

Before demolition began, our team carefully protected the home, flooring, furniture, and surrounding areas to keep dust and debris contained during construction.

3. Full Kitchen Demolition

We removed the outdated kitchen cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, flooring, and finishes to prepare the space for a complete transformation.

4. Electrical Upgrades

Our team completed electrical updates to support the new kitchen design, lighting improvements, outlet locations, and appliance needs.

5. Drywall, Repairs & Surface Preparation

After rough work was complete, drywall repairs and preparation began to create clean, smooth surfaces for the next phase of construction.

6. Flooring Installation Throughout The First Floor

To modernize the home and improve continuity, we installed beautiful new flooring throughout the living spaces.
