We removed the damaged sections, poured a new concrete base, installed fresh redwood panels and lattice, and painted the whole structure for a beautiful, long-lasting finish.

Behind the Build: Step-by-Step Fence Replacement
1. Old Fence Condition
The original fence had rotten lattice, leaning posts, and broken panels.
2. Demolition Starts
We carefully removed all old boards and posts and cleared the area for new construction.
3. Posts Set and Base Poured
New redwood posts were secured in a fresh concrete base for long-term strength.
4. Panel Installation
We installed clean, vertical redwood panels section by section between the posts.
5. Lattice Addition
A decorative white lattice was added on top for privacy and a light, elegant finish.
6. Trim and Framing
We installed top rails and trim boards to secure the lattice and finish the look.
7. Painting the Fence
The entire fence was masked off and painted with a rich redwood tone for uniformity.
8. Final Touches
Cleanup and minor adjustments completed the fence, ready for years of use.
